2 Column Content Page

On this page I have inserted a 2 column table with content:

Aliquam erat volutpat. Aenean vitae rhoncus odio. Praesent quis ipsum urna, sed venenatis odio. Nullam sit amet eros pretium odio tincidunt luctus vitae at magna. Quisque a ipsum sapien, eget rhoncus massa. Etiam eget pharetra massa. Nulla facilisi.

Duis tempor tincidunt fringilla. Vestibulum ante ipsum primis in faucibus orci luctus et ultrices posuere cubilia Curae; Pellentesque at sem odio, ac accumsan lorem. Suspendisse gravida odio in velit scelerisque luctus.

Tables can be a little tricky with alignment, width etc as TinyMCE (the platform Treeline uses) is a little unpredictable. In the example above I had to do the following:

  1. Inserted a 2 column table.  I also added 10 pixels for Cellpadding within the table properties window
  2. Put in my content in both columns - press Enter after adding text and it will convert the text style to Paragraph (to match rest of text on page).  Do Not use the Format drop down option!
  3. After adding content to both columns the width of column 2 was larger than column 1
  4. The editable space for a 2 Column page is about 790 pixels - therefore I clicked on the Table Cell Properties icon (3rd in from left) whilst clicking in each column and changed the width to 395 (so for 3 columns change to 263, etc)

Note - you will also probably have to set Vertical Alignment to Top (in Table Cell Properties)
