 Breaking the re-offending cycle:
Mental health promotion for offenders on resettlement
Maryanne Freer and Dave Tomson successfully developed a national toolkit to help primary care professionals deliver mental health promotion. Based on this experience and these resources, the Primary Care Programme commissioned the production of a prototype toolkit for promoting the mental health of offenders.
